Notice how each person practicing the Pendulum brings attention to their body differently. There is no one way to place your attention inside your own body. Experiment with what feels good to you. Many times, you will want this experience of feeling your body to last for more than five breaths. Two recommendations: Pause the porn during the Pendulum and be sure to bend your knees.
